Frequently Asked Questions

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A customer should always have an on-site quote provided to them before choosing a service. Many companies like to offer quotes through pictures or over the phone without ever seeing the job in person. That does not give the company the ability to estimate for all obstacles that may be in place. Therefore, if a company is willing to give you a bid over the phone or by pictures, proceed with caution. Professional companies always view the task at hand in person in order to give you the best possible quote!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

As professional arborists as well as consumers, we know that there is a fine line between a fair price and fly by night deal. We know that customers are always looking for the best deals possible, which we are always happy to provide them. Our professional advice for anyone looking for a tree service is to not jump on the cheapest price given. There are a lot of expenses involved with maintenance of a yard and general upkeep of trees. Many of these expenses we try to alleviate ourselves in order to give the customer the lowest price possible. With that being said, when a company provides you a bottom end price that seems almost 'too good to be true,' always take with it caution. You never know if that company is insured, professional or what to expect!
